I did a search and came across this tour company. We decided to book the private tour of the Royal Palace and we so thankful we did! The communication before hand was great. Telling us our guides name and exactly were to meet. Our guide was Saskia and she was amazing! She was so energetic ( in spite of the heat) and gave us such great insight and information into each room and the history of Spain. After the tour, she was super helpful in making us a dinner reservation and we were thankful for the too! Highly recommend the private tour, and specifically Saskia!

Sconsiglio vivamente. Al punto di incontro ( dove siamo arrivati con quattro minuti di ritardo) la guida non c’era; L abbiamo cercata lungo il tragitto che portava al palazzo reale, alla Biglietteria del palazzo, niente. Scomparsa. Abbiamo telefonato al numero di telefono indicato almeno cinque volte , abbiamo perso solo del tempo. Abbiamo ricomprato i biglietti e siamo entrati. Il giorno successivo con la stessa organizzazione avevamo prenotato la Visita guidata del prado. La guida ha aspettato i ritardatari quindici minuti…. Comunque anche la guida valeva davvero pochino un vero peccato Ho mandato mail di protesta ma mi è stato detto che la guida si trovava puntualmente al suo posto è quindi non era previsto alcun risarcimento Ci sono tanti tour, evitate questo
