Reservei o transfer e paguei antecipadamente. O motorista que me foi atribuído foi o Enrique e a matricula do carro 4539-LWJ. Quando cheguei ao aeroporto liguei para ele e não a a talixo e ninguém atendeu, nem me respondeu as mensgens. Como se não bastasse deu a viagem como concluísa, sem nunca ter falado comigo. Tive que arranjar outra alternativa para chegar ao meu alojamento. Um serviço péssimo, sendo que nunca mais ninguém me respondeu nem devolveu o dinheiro!

En séjour à Séville du 1er au 5 mai, atterrissage sur le vaste aéroport de Madrid. Arrivés au terminal 4, il faut se rendre au terminal 1 (14 km !) pour récupérer le véhicule de location réservé par internet. Pour cela, trouver le point de rdv où va nous attendre la navette. Et c'est là que tout se complique !.....En effet, demande de renseignement auprès de 3 points différents dédiés à cette activité et rencontre de 3 employées différentes aux compétences similaires : aucune autre langue pratiquée que l'espagnol (même pas un anglais basique), aucun sourire, aucune formule de politesse....Aberrant ! Finalement, en désespoir de cause nous avons dû aller demander à des policiers municipaux qui étaient en faction et on tout fait pour nous dépanner efficacement. La prochaine escapade vers Séville et ses environs se fera par un billet direct en oubliant Madrid !!!
