  • Please bear in mind that this product offers private transportation from the airport to the city centre. If you register an address outside the city centre, we will inform you of the price difference, and you will have to pay it through a link that we can provide you with. If we don't receive a response 24 hours prior to the pickup time, the driver will drop you off at the city centre.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver was waiting. The ride was great and he seemed knowledgeable of the route and my destination (an off the main hotel). Unfortunately he didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish, but I would be glad to get him as a driver again.

The driver was nice only issue was they were not in the area I told them I would be in. So I called the service and they did come to my area and grab my bags and escorted to to the car. The driver was chatty but didn’t speak a lot of English but I speak enough Spanish to comprehend and communicate, so he described the area as well as my hotel area as being nice.
