  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We booked a pick up from a concert for my family of 6. Viator cancelled it the DAY of the concert and the pick up time was 11:55pm - so difficult to schedule another one for our four children and us. They should have cancelled many days in advance. Very frustrating.

We are so happy we booked our airport transfer with this company. Due to weather issues with our connecting flight, we had to change to a completely different flight with a different airline which would arrive 2 hours earlier. Because we were taking a red eye from the US, they were closed by the time the changes were made and I was worried they wouldn’t get my message in time. But somehow they did and we were so happy they were able to accommodate the last minute change.

Mi experiencia es de 3 viajes, el primero todo bien y correcto, los otros, que dos veces consecutivas ni el conductor se presentó ni contestaron el teléfono. La primera vez tuve que buscar una alternativa, para la segunda me ofrecieron el abono y un descuento. Tras contratar 0 en servicio.
