Beware, this is a scam! The website looks legit. Tickets are promised within 24 hours of the event that is paid for in advance--and never materialize. Wasted a lot of time cancelling the charge through my CC. "Get your guide" is the legitimate online ticket vendor. or Civitatis.

Be careful: it is an unofficial site that sells at triple prices. It also provides codes that cannot be used for services. To be reported because of real frauds.

J'ai rapidement acheté le 10/12/24 2 billets d'entrée pour le Palacio Real de Madrid chez Pancho Tour pour 75.60 €, reçu N°1923-6946 ayant le sentiment d'être sur le site du Palais Royal. Recevant les billets et la facture de mon achat, cette dernière n'était que de 29,54 €. Poncho Tours a donc prélevé 46,06 € de commission qui n'apparaissent même pas sur ma facture. DES VOYOUX, dont le site de contact en cas de soucis ne peut être joint. Un conseil évitez, ce site n'est pas clair.....
