BAD!!!!! I had to take part in the visit to the Royal Palace of Madrid. Tickets purchased in December 2024, I immediately get the reservation but I do not receive mail the tickets. seeing written that they can arrive up to 24 hours before the tour I wait but nothing ever arrives. I write a message to have clarifications, gone!!! I miss my visit after I immediately paid them € 75.60. I keep writing for clarification and to receive a refund but zero replies, they keep saying they sent me the tickets but I never received anything. YOU WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AGENCY. THEY'RE THIEVES. FRAUDSTERS. BE CAREFUL.

Beware, this is a scam! The website looks legit. Tickets are promised within 24 hours of the event that is paid for in advance--and never materialize. Wasted a lot of time cancelling the charge through my CC. "Get your guide" is the legitimate online ticket vendor. or Civitatis.
