Disorganized guides for too many people. When I asked who was the English guide, I was told it was the woman, then it changed to one of the men. The tour didn't start until about 30-40 mins later. Then our guide would spend such a long time describing details on one painting then would say, later you should see these other paintings. The Prado is full of great masterpieces, I felt that we were shown too few with too much time spent on a handful of them. Midway through, half of our group left because the tour and guide were so bad.
