This tour was the highlight of our time in Madrid. Our tour guide, Egle, was wonderful and took us to a variety of neighborhood eateries, bars, and markets. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to do something outside of your typical tourist activities. A+++

1 hour before we were supposed to go on our food tour. The guy, Mateo, canceled. I could not get in touch with somebody and viator even though on the app it says I could have chatted with somebody. There was no chat link. This is the worst experience I have had with viator and I have used them numerous times around the world. I am so disappointed!!!

Mateo was a really nice friendly guide and very casual and easy to talk with. Our only feedback would have been to choose food places that offer more variety to our choices. Especially since we were the only two people on the tour … it would have been nice to have more choices.
