What a disappointment! The voice over from the off wasn’t working and when it did it missed places of interest and just played music or just didn’t work at all!!! What a waste of time and money!!

Easy, convenient, with Special Offers worth more than the price of the ticket. €15 each got us 48 hours hop on - hop off, plus €4 off entrance to Sea Life & free entry to Butterfly World ( itself worth €12 ) Limited times / days for Butterfly World route, so do check beforehand. Return to Benalmadena is on public transport from same stop you get off at, & they give you a ticket so it's free!

As a party of 5 adults, we purchased 5 adult tickets for €15. No concessions were available. When I asked for 5 maps, the staff member gasped that I wanted that many. What is the problem with one map per person? The ticket we purchased included the Butterfly Park but we were told that we could only use the ticket for the Butterfly Park the next day. We were only in the area for 1 day so missed out. No discount was offered. We were also told we couldnt use our car to get to the Butterfly Park and use the ticket, we had to go on their bus. This is false advertising as it states that the ticket includes admission to the Butterfly Park, it doesnt state but you can only go when we tell you you can go and you can only go on our transport! One of our party uses a mobility scooter and when asked, we were told the bus was accessible. When it arrived, we asked the driver to lower the ramp. The driver rang someone and then told us the ramp wasn't working. He sat in his seat behind the wheel, while we struggled to get on the bus with the scooter. The staff didn't offer to help even though they'd sold us an accessible ticket that didn't exist. No refund was offered. We weren't offered earbuds as we got on at stop 1. It wasn't until stop 4, I went downstairs to ask about earbuds and the driver pointed at them on his dashboard. These should have been offered as we got on the bus. The tour itself is rubbish. One stop isn't working and several of the attractions aren't available, such as Tivoli World and the cable cars yet they tell you on the tour that you can use them. The information is outdated. I've travelled the world and enjoyed many hop on hop off buses. This is the worst hop on hop off bus I've used. I'd like a refund please ???? ????
