The whole experience was wonderful. I learned about local cuisine as well as how to prepare other dishes as well as paella. Our instructor was very gracious and patient. She said " look, smell and listen" to know when your paella was done! Great way to cook!

Absolutely wonderful time. Learned plenty while also thoroughly enjoying ourselves. Amazing afternoon. Would recommend to anyone. You don’t need to be a cooking master to attend. The instruction, attention to detail, and meal were first class.

We had a lovely tour With Javi over the market with lots of tasting en typical spanish food tips.
We very much appreciated our little discussions or questions about all the food and habits. You are very literate, not only about Malaga and Spain, and a people's person. Perfect combination for a lovely morning and a warm welcome at cookschool.
Greetings and complements to the chef,
She was such a nice teacher and we’ll hope to make a perfect paella at home. Thanx for the translations And friendly interest in our family.
Mucho gracias from Adam, Henk en Irene
