Hay que llamarla obligadamente ciudad. Cerca de 50.000 habitantes lo dicen todo, así como su riqueza arquitectónica monacal, su alcazaba, su plaza de toros, sus calles y hasta su repostería artesanal.

This was a great trip. We were picked up at our Hotel by our charming Guide Maria. She was very experienced and explained us a lot about the history of Antequera. First we have been visiting the Dolmens. It was very interesting to see how prehistoric people were able to build such constructions. Maria, our Guide explained also the meaning of those Dolmen for the prehistoric people and how scientists see nowadays the relation with the son and the planets. we have continued our trip by a visit to the old city center of Antequera. We have been visiting: the old Moorish Fort and the Torre de Homenaje. El Arco the Gigantes The Iglesia of Santa Maria Las Termas Romanas. After this visit Maria drove-as agreed in the offer- 2 persons of our Group back to the Hotel. But 2 of us My Girlfriend and I have been continuing the journey with a visit to the Wolvepark El Lobopark in Antequera. Perhaps an idea to also put this interesting Lobo park in the package :-
