Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

비 내리는 스페인의 공휴일 늦은 밤에 그라나다 기차역에 도착해서 아주 난감한 상황이었습니다. 저희 숙소는 호텔이 아니라 아파트였기에 물과 음식을 사야하는데 설상가상으로 모든 마켓이 문을 닫았고.. 미리 예약한 썬트래블의 라파엘이 24시간 운영하는 숙소근처의 수퍼마켓을 알려주었고 물과 음식을 사는 동안 기다려주었으며, 아파트라서 체크인하는 장소가 숙소와 다른 것도 라파엘의 도움으로 쉽게 해결했습니다. 스페인어가 힘드신 분들은 그라나다에 가시면 꼭 이용하세요. 많은 도움을 받으실수 있습니다.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative.
