Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

COVID19 safe service. Your driver will pick you up at the chosen point at the agreed time. He/she will be punctual but do not worry if something comes up, the service includes 10 minutes of courtesy.
When you meet, just say your name, seat comfortably and enjoy the ride. We recommend you book your trip with at least 2h prior to your flight departure time.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Bad service, to be absolutely canceled as your partners. On the morning of departure in the waiting room I am called by the hotel that the booked taxi had arrived, so the time to get off and pay and the taxi was completely gone vanished embarrassing even the guy from the hotel. And so thanks to him I took another taxi to which I attach receipt and I was able to go to the airport. Really bad

It was nice having our transfer pre-planned for our 0300 transfer to the airport. The driver was polite, friendly and professional. My only complaint is that it took over a week of me messaging the company, and finally me threatening to cancel my booking before I could get them to respond to confirm a pick up time.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
