We had the best time touring Malaga with Damian, a genuine Resident who loves this city and everything about it. The tour included the Cathedral and the Fort, where Damian told us the History & Culture as well as some Legends, Stories, and Facts. All of which made our rest stops at some great restaurants more interesting. We highly recommended this Tour to anyone looking for the true story and tastes of Magala.

Met Damien at the meeting place which was a nice, 30 minute walk from our ship. We got there early and happened upon Damien's dad who told us about a nearby market (5 min walk) that was really cool to walk through. Once we met up with Damien, he walked us through the historic town, stopping at the Cathedral, the Alcazaba Fort where he bought the tickets for us (included in price of excursion) and gave us tours of each. We stopped at two restaurants for tapas and sangria, which provided plenty of food (more than we could eat). Our group was only 8 people, so we got a personalized tour of the city center: Damien was very informative.

We had a wonderful informative historical tour with Damian of the highlights of central Malaga. He was the perfect host and ensured everyone got the best experience from the evening. Afterwards we enjoyed lovely tapas and a great selection of local wines and sherry. It was great to meet fellow tourists from all over the world and share experiences and a lot of laughs! Highly recommended, the favourite trip of our 2 weeks in Andalucia.
