We had a wonderful day ! We really enjoyed our day trip to Tangier. We were picked up in Malaga at our hotel. The car was clean and nice and driven to Tarifa where we boarded the ferry. The ferry took us directly to Tangier where we were met by our driver. On the ferry, there is snacks and drinks, and you have to get in passport line and fill out a form going there. Our driver and guide were very nice and we went to a beautiful cafe to enjoy some delicious tea and take in the breeze and the view of the sea. We saw the mixing of the Atlantic and Mediterranean then to Hercules Cave, amazing!!!! Then to ride a camel, also amazing!!!! What an experience and view of the Atlantic Ocean. Then we drove around to see various sites, walked through the Medina, the market sights and smells were unbelievable. We had a delicious lunch, and visited two stores that we did not buy anything but if you want a rug or pottery were very nice. We had got our return ferry tickets in the am when we arrived, definitely a good thing since it gets crowded. I am so glad we decided to do this. Not sure if I will be blessed to visit this beautiful place again but glad we decided to go since we were in Malaga. It is a long day but my family slept on the way to Tarifa and on the way home and everyone had a great time. The tour operator was also available on WhatsApp and kept in touch, which was great!

This was a very good trip. We were so happy we decided to do this. We were picked up in a very nice, beautiful, clean car at our hotel, driven to Tarifa and boarded the ferry to meet our guide at the port in Tangier. We went for tea at a beautiful spot where the breeze and the water was amazing, then a drive along the Atlantic Ocean, see where the Mediterranean and Atlantic meet, Hercules Cave- amazing! And a camel ride along the Atlantic Ocean. Our guide and driver were very nice, and spoke English well. We went for lunch to a nice place. Food was delicious and plenty to eat. We walked the Medina, castle, the Kasbar, the market. Which to an American is unbelievable and so not like the US. I felt very safe and people were very nice. We also went to visit two stores, I guess you could buy something but we said no and they were very nice but beautiful things. We had our ferry tickets already to return, get them once you get off the ferry in Tangiers right away. They check passports before you go and when you arrive so must carry with you. Ferry has drinks and coffee and snacks. On the way to Tangier, on the ferry, you must get in the passport line and fill out the white paper for them to review. Then on the return, our driver was at the port when we arrived to take us back to the hotel. It was a very fun day and so glad we decided to go. Camel ride, bucket list, check!! Tangier is very cosmopolitan and tolerant. It was just a great day.
