A welcome aperitif opens the door of our home and presents its history. You will meet passion for wines and cheeses in the cozy atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan store called "colmado". Appreciate this narrative journey through the vineyards of Mallorca enjoying at each step aromas, flavors, and textures that the master craftsmen of our land offer us. Wine, cheese and sobrasada tasting with its own identity achieved over time, with experience and with good work. Casual tasting, tailor-made for those who enjoy, those who appreciate the terroir, the sun, the sea, the vineyard, the valleys, and the mountains. Take with you a bit of our landscape, our way of being, and our land.

This was a great and informative tour — and we drank a lot of wine! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable about Mallorcan wine and clearly passionate, which made the experience even more valuable. I also loved the setting: a charming, tucked-away wine shop in the city center that added a lot of character and authenticity to the experience. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be that the instructor’s explanations were a bit slow at times, which made it hard to stay engaged throughout. Personally, I think the experience could’ve been condensed into one hour instead of two. That said, it was still very informative, and the guide was extremely gracious — especially since I arrived late. Overall, a great experience and one I’d recommend if you’re visiting Mallorca!

We learnt a lot - right from winemaking to the science of tasting. Atanas brings his experience as a sommelier to the table with humour and patience. The cheeses and sausages he served to help understand how to pair food and wine was a revelation. And the Mallorca reds he served at the tasting were right up our street! A

He who gave the tasting was very knowledgeable and informative, explaining everything in detail about how the wine aromas and taste are built up. It was a bit of information overload, but compared to other tastings my wife and I have tried, this one was proper and well-executed. Experiencing the wine on its own and with different foods to understand how the taste changes as you eat various things.
