A welcome aperitif opens the door of our home and presents its history. You will meet passion for wines and cheeses in the cozy atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan store called "colmado". Wine, cheese and sobrasada tasting with its own identity achieved over time, with experience and with good work. Absolutely amazing experience. Adonis is so knowledgable and genuinely willing share his expertise and experience. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a genuine wine tasting lesson in Palma.

Excellent, informative wine tasting event. The guide was very knowledgeable about wine and told us some really interesting facts. We tried different types of products from around the world. It was also great to pair these with different foods. Would definitely recommend!

During our cruise stop in Palma de Mallorca in August 2024, my husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing the Mallorca Wine Experience Palma Old Town by Avinae Fine Wine & Spirits Merchants. Our day in port was already shaping up beautifully with a visit to the stunning Cathedral of Mallorca, followed by a delicious lunch at El Camino, but the wine tasting made it even more special. Hosted in the charming old town, the experience was intimate and expertly curated. Our host, originally from Georgia, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wine, sharing fascinating insights into the unique wines of Mallorca. When he learned that I was pursuing my WSET certifications, he surprised us with a blind tasting of an orange wine—a fun and educational challenge that I was thrilled to take on (and wasn’t too far off with my analysis!). The selection of wines we tried was fantastic, highlighting the diversity of local varietals and winemaking techniques. The setting, the wines, and the personalized approach made this an unforgettable experience. If you're a wine lover visiting Palma, this is an absolute must!
