This trip was amazing from beginning to end. First, I had the luxury of being picked up at my hotel to join the rest of the group with Tour Guide Sofia Mezhul. We were all given a big welcome from Sofia upon our arrival. We made stops along the way to Hallstatt for food, sites and photos including a beautiful castle. Sofia is extremely knowledgeable on the history and culture of Austria--all questions and concerns were addressed and answered without hesitation. Sofia was very helpful, and she answered all of our questions in a very pleasant manner. Sofia seemed tireless. I plan to return to Wien in the near future. It is nice to know that there are considerate, pleasant and knowledgeable guides like Sofia Mezhul.
