The very best that Vienna has to offer - packed into a two and a half hour tour with six tasting locations. Discover hidden places in the heart of Vienna We start our tour with a tasting of three different kinds of viennese meatloaf in a legendary place. Our next stop at a secret place offers a traditional cute craft, but we won´t reveal more here. At one of the most famous quick snack places in Viennas heart we may choose from a big variety of delicious sandwiches. Of course a small beer goes with them. In a glamorous Palais, where some of the most interesting delicatessen in Vienna are located, we try out a varaity of air-dried ham with the right wine. Afterwards something sweet fits perfect and at a Chocolate Store we get fine pralines and marvel at the large selection of chocolate. Our last stop at a secret place right in the belly of the city will provide a private wine tasting with some great Austrian wines. Come hungry and thirsty.

We enjoyed every minute and every bite! Harry is a delightful narrator and guide whose enthusiasm about Austrian food and wine is contagious. You can tell when a local guide is welcomed by each establishment and his guests are too. Plus we would never have known about these foods and their cultural heritage/significance without Harry.

Harry was our guide & also company owner. He was great. My husband & I joined a Grandma-Mom-Grandaughter group & we all had great experience. Started with local meatloaf/sausage, next a shop of hard candies prepared right in the shop, each piece a work of art. On to small open-faced sandwiches & small beer, then to a cute wine shop where we tasted plates of ham aged 8 & 18 years along with white wine. Being near Easter we went to a chocolate shop that had all sorts, one nicer than the next. Finally we visited a “wine cellar/cave” 600 year old restaurant for yet more wine & great conversation. Best food tour ever! Highly recommend.

Wir haben Lukas als netten, unkomplizierten Tourguide kennengelernt der uns an kulinarische Orte gebracht hat, die wir wohl niemals von selbst gefunden/erkundet hätten. Mit Hintergrundwissen in lockerer Atmosphäre hatten wir ein neues Erlebnis in Wien. Vielen Dank Lukas.
