My husband and I stayed 5 nights, from 19 to 23 May 2025, at Dakota Hotel by the Tyne River, New Castle upon Tyne. It was one of best vacations we've experienced because of the hotel and its friendly staff whether at the check-in desk, at the Concierge desk or in the restaurant. The staff are always welcoming and ready to assist for any query. The hotel is relatively new; the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, simple yet stylish and comfortable. The restaurant staff very kind to give advice on their delicious menus. We especially thank Lucy, Shennch, Jess, Karin (Check in desk), Kevin (concierge), Victoria, Ben, Steve, Ibrahim, Samantha and Siri (restaurant and bar).

20 minutes de retard sur un concert de 1h. Pas de solution mise en place si un musicien est en retard. soirée du 31/12 et réservation effectuée ensuite dans un restaurant donc obligée de partir au bout 40 minutes comme de nombreuses personnes. déçue et pas très pro

This was a really special experience! Only an hour long which was the perfect length. It got cold in the church, so layer up and keep your coat on. The music was superb and to sit within this church dressed for Christmas.. incredible. A real trip highlight for my family!
