Selfies are the thing of the past - you deserve more! You are travelling solo but want that perfect picture for Instagram, you want some romantic photos with your significant other or you just want to have some great pictures from your trip? Look no further, this photoshoot is perfect for you! The photo tour is set in Vienna's 1st district and will be a mix of must-sees and exclusive hidden gems. I will not only take candid portraits, I will also give you a tour of the city and share tips for your stay in Vienna. Private photo sessions in different locations are also possible, but please contact me in advance. Also, if you would like to book a spot that is not in the calendar please contact me directly.

  • Albertinaplatz, Vienna, Austria
    The Albertina was erected on one of the last remaining sections of the fortifications of Vienna, the Augustinian Bastion. We will meet there and go straight to taking great pictures and creating even better memories with the world famous Opera as our background.
  • Wiener Staatsoper, Vienna, Austria
    The Vienna State Opera is an opera house and opera company based in Vienna, Austria. The 1,709-seat Renaissance Revival venue was the first major building on the Vienna Ring Road. The Opera is a ´must see´ in Vienna and it makes a great photo background. Please not that we will not enter the building during the photo tour.

  • Albertina, Vienna, Austria
    The Albertina is a museum houses one of the largest and most important print rooms in the world with approximately 65,000 drawings and approximately 1 million old master prints, as well as more modern graphic works, photographs and architectural drawings. Please not that we will not be entering the museum, we will be taking pictures on the ´painting steps´.

  • Burggarten, Vienna, Austria
    The Burggarten Vienna Garden was laid out in the year 1818 as a private garden of the emperor. There is a Mozart Memorial on the southwest of the garden, with bedding plants used to draw a musical clef. In the northeast of the garden is the Palm House, designed in Art Nouveau style. Today it is used partly as a butterfly house and partly as an elegant café. Please note that we will not be entering the buildings during the photo tour.

    Heldenplatz is a public space in front of the Hofburg Palace in Vienna. The Hofburg is the former principal imperial palace of the Habsburg dynasty rulers and today serves as the official residence and workplace of the President of Austria. The Burgtor (built in 1821-1824) is the only remaining gate of the city’s walls and our ´official´ photoshoot location.

    The Volksgarten is a public park famous for its beautiful rose gardens with over 3,000 rose bushes. The park also houses the impressive Theseus Temple and several fountains.

    The Burgtheater, originally known as K.K. Theater an der Burg, then until 1918 as the K.K. Hofburgtheater, is the national theater of Austria in Vienna. It is the most important German-language theater and one of the most important theatres in the world. The building can be seen from Volksgarten.

This was the best money I spent on my trip to Vienna. My family and friends teased me about doing a photo shoot abroad while I was solo traveling, but Lora made the whole experience enjoyable and natural. It felt like I was wandering around with a friend! Lora was so knowledgeable about the area we were in and I swear I got a bonus tour of Vienna! The pictures were truly magical and Lora made it a point to show me the photos after each area to ensure I was happy. She is kind and warm and truly talented with her camera!

I am a solo traveller so many times I basically do the photos for myself. Of course you can't get as much as the scenery you would like. Lora was great she took amazing pictures and at the same time really knowledgeable of the place we visited. I definitely recommend and if you would like to have special memories that you would cherish this will be it. Thank you Lora

Lora is a first-rate tour guide, an excellent portrait photographer, and a nice person. I was very glad to hire her for an introductory tour on the first of my five days in Vienna. She knows some great photo spots, ones that not everyone visits and ones that I returned to later in the week. She provided a great introduction to the city. Plus all my friends liked the photos she took of me!
