The experience is not as described. Our driver didn’t share any knowledge of sites and had never traveled to one of our stops. Car was not adequate to hold luggage as described. This trip was basically an Uber driver with 2 stops. Not worth the money. Management didn’t care that the driver didn’t explain not 1 site along the way. Management just said, “that wasn’t their experience”, and in a round about way suggested I was not being truthful, even though I had a family that all said the same thing, the driver didn’t say a word of rich knowledge.

We stopped at Durstein and Melk and toured on our way to Salzburg. We had a great driver who was a lot of fun. The trip was relaxing and beautiful landscape.

Had a fantastic day! Started in Vienna, spent several hours in Hallstatt, and ended the day in Salzburg. Milan, our driver, arrived on time, was so helpful, professional, and kind. Safe driver. Would request to have him again! Thank you for the wonderful day!
