  • Please be aware that according to the manufacturer’s specification and Austrian law the following restrictions apply for Segways:
  • Minimum age: 12 years
  • Minimum height: 150 cm
  • Body weight: between 45 kg and 120 kg
  • Therefore people who fall below or exceed these limits cannot participate in Segway Tours. Exclusion from a booked tour on account of the restrictions does not qualify for a refund.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Did this with 12 yr old son who especially loved this as so much fun. You have a practice session beforehand but very easy to pick up quickly. Enables you to cover quite a lot of ground quite quickly to get a feel for layout and options. Guide was clear and knowledgable. Our tour was entirely in English.

Horst was an excellent guide: informative and very entertaining. He provided excellent instruction for Segway use. The whole family agreed this was the highlight of our trip.
