  • Minimum age: 12 years
  • Minimum height: 150 cm
  • Body weight: between 45 kg and 120 kg
  • Therefore people who fall below or exceed these limits cannot participate in Segway Tours. Exclusion from a booked tour on account of the restrictions does not qualify for a refund.
  • The tour is bilingual, it is conducted in English and German.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Really fun tour. The Segway allows you to see so much more of the city than a walking tour. I am very uncoordinated and can barely ride a bicycle, so I was very nervous going into this Segway tour, but it was easy to get the hang of. We had 3 teenagers in our group and they loved zipping around in the Segways too. Tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing 3 hour Segway tour with guide Lisa Marie. I got lucky and got a personal tour as the other guest cancelled, so we had a custom tour. Lisa Marie was a wealth of knowledge and brilliant guide, with excellent English. It was a wonderful way to get around Vienna and see so much of the architecture and history. We covered much more area than we could have by walking. Thank you Vienna Segway Tours for a very memorable day.
