All staff were friendly and advised on the next bus for our tour. Bus was a little cold as windows couldn’t fully close. Times were adhered to and the audio guide gave information as we drove around. The stops for swapping to alternate bus/trains for airport etc were handy for some maybe but made some routes very long. Handy to be straight outside the main train station when arriving in Vienna and be able to get back for return journey.

We always have a great experience with Hop On and Hop Off when we travel to major cities and overseas. Friendly staff in Vienna, offer 3 options, Red, Blue and Nighttime. All are good options, Red is probably the one that hits the most places to visit.

Our turn came to an abrupt halt when a police intervention prevented us from moving forward. The driver after 10 Waiting minutes, simply made us understand with three words to get off. Being alone, not speaking German, I was dropped off in a city I did not know. I wasted 45 minutes looking for another station that made me make the trip already done... big waste of time. And the big clumsy driver...
