Very easy to book and very friendly personnel. Good bikes that are well maintained. You can use your bike till late in the evening.

Travelshop ligger centralt og let at komme til fra færgen. Fik udleveret 2 cykler. Den ene cykel viste sig defekt efter 5 km - el virkede ikke. Vi ringede efter hjælp. Vi forsøgte forskellige ting, som ikke hjalp. Det var ikke muligt at sende en servicevogn :"vi kunne forsøge at køre videre eller komme tilbage. Vi ville naturligvis blive kompenseret." Vi kørte videre og fandt ud af at hvis man trykkede display'et konstant ind, så fungerede cyklen. Men det betød også, at hvis man bremsede så forsvandt el. Og man kunne ikke køre med hånden på bremsen. Lidt farlig kørsel. Man kunne se at der var sat et stykke tape på cyklen, så det har helt sikkert været et kendt problem på cyklen. Har efterfølgende været i dialog med Travelshop om kompensation og de ville kompensere 1/2 leje. Har dog ingenting modtaget.
