What a great experience! We learned how to make homemade ravioli. The instructor was very knowledgeable and personable. It was a small class, total of 5. Everyone had their own space and cooking tools. The outcome was delicious. Would attend again if ever in Malta.

I took the class with Chef Ariel Guivi and he was incredible. I took the class 'Add Some Spice to Your Salad' last night. I had the best time and I learned so many new skills! I highly recommend this course, and all the courses offered if you want to expand your Mediterranean cooking knowledge. I am so happy that they are still offering classes during this time. Every table was spaced appropriately, every person wore their mask properly. The room was very clean and well sanitized. We all got to make our own meals instead of only watching someone cook in front of us. This was fully interactive and very well executed. I cannot say enough good things on this class!
