    The tour was exceptional. Our guide Mike was well informed, articulate and genuinely passionate about Manchester. He had a great sense of humor and combined classic Manchester history with musical anecdotes. I highly recommend this service and can’t wait to return to Manchester to take advantage of my newly acquired knowledge about this great city.

    The 2nd time we have taken visitors to our home town on this tour. Unlikely to be the last as they and we learned so much - from the bands and venues to the gay village, the cotton rich history to the Peterloo massacre - and the unidentifiable berries in Vimto! Mike was our guide both times and he is just great! Friendly, knowledgeable and a true proud Manc - he takes you round, shows you the sights and has many a story to tell. He is a very engaging guy and makes all comers feel welcome. I would recommend this tour to anybody who may be hosting friends or family from out of town to show off what we have. I would also recommend it to fellow Mancs who may already live here but like me had fallen into the trap of just taking what we have for granted. We have a brilliant city that should be celebrated and Mike and this brilliant tour helps do this and foster a real pride in this great place we call Manchester!

    We had an absolutely brilliant walking tour with Jack. He was incredibly knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour, and was very articulate, which was particularly helpful for me as a French speaker. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and informative way to explore the city.
