I wish we chose a different company for this half day walking tour mainly because of our tour guide Anna. She is very knowledgeable, but not very engaging. And she led us right into a massive crowd as we walked from the abbey to Buckingham palace where we never saw the changing of the guards as we were late leaving the abbey in the first place. I could have done that myself without a tour guide. This was our worst tour by far after going on four others throughout the week. I’d recommend tours by Viator or Get the Guide instead. Hope this helps you plan your trip. I gave a score of 2 and not a 1 because the tour guide was knowledgeable.

We had a great time touring Westminister and seeing the facility along with the horse guards. Jane was our guide and she was fantastic. We were extremely fortunate to be the only couple for the tour, which provided us with such personalized service. She did such a nice job explaining everything and provided us with so many unique historical facts. We would highly recommend this tour. Being able to skip the main line at Westminister was also very nice. We did the tour in mid March and the weather was perfect.

Our guide Suzanne met us at the appointed time. We were the only ones on this tour and she gave us a marvelous morning of history, architecture and pomp. She was kind and caring. She was extremely knowledgeable and interesting. It was a wonderful experience.
