Marmaris Rhodes Ferry Trip With Free Hotel Transfer Service

Osman was excellent for communication and made it clear where our pick up would be and also came to my hotel to give me my receipt and take payment a few days before to ensure everything went smooth. The bus transfer took us from our hotel to the ferry port, where we then headed to Rhodes and got a good 4+ hours of exploring time before getting the ferry back and then our transfer to take us back to our hotel was waiting. The drivers have a list of names who should be on the bus, so everything is done very professionally. The price of £90 for two of us was a no brainer to get the chance to visit another country and Rhodes was beautiful to spend a few hours in. Great food, great weather and so much to see. Ferry takes around an hour, didn’t feel like we were on it long at all. Only downside is the waiting at passport control etc but that is to be expected if you are visiting another country. Would recommend this trip & going through Mares travel would be recommended as well as it was cheaper than other options online/ the positive experience we had.

Great company and advisor to deal with, trip was booked quickly and at competitive price. Picked up near to our hotel and taken to Marmaris port. Be prepared to wait a while to get through passport control. The boat is big, with plenty of room and you can buy refreshments on board too. However, the passenger area was not clean. The trays on the rear of our seats was sticky, covered in sugar and stained. Arriving in Rhodes, you have to wait again to get through passport control. We waited almost 50 minutes. Once out of the port and into Rhodes, you are then met with taxi drivers and tour guides offering you various services. We opted for the hop on hop off bus. It takes about an hour to complete its route and you get to see some of the many wonders Rhodes has to offer. I highly recommend the old town. It is like stepping in to history. Pebbled cobbles, ancient walls and buildings with shops and restaurants all round you. Some of the restaurant staff are somewhat pushy to get your business. In reality, you get around 5 hours in Rhodes which for me was enough to make me want to go back again. All in all, a great value for money trip provided by a good company whom I will use again.
