You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Last time on my trip from Casablanca to Marrakech, I booked the trip from the same company and it was very nice, so I decided to book again for my return trip, but this time it’s very disappointing. Unlike last time, the driver did not contact me ahead, and I did not know his car information before contacting the company. (Although later I was told that the driver had been waiting ahead of time but why he did not contact me?) The car is a Mercedes Vito but it’s not as comfortable as the Skoda SUV for last time, especially for a solo traveler that needs the front seat otherwise will feel sick. I can barely stretch my leg in the car or adjust the seat back position. To make matters worse, the driver is making phone calls LOUDLY for over half of the trip, like MORE THAN 1.5 HOURS without stopping. I tried to put on my noice canceling earbuds, but this does not help at all because the driver was too loud. Very annoying noice for me.
