An excellent tour! Omar our guide took us through the souks and streets of the Medina and we sampled at least seven different types of street food. As a former chef, he was incredibly interesting on ingredients and cooking techniques. All the places we visited were clearly used mainly by locals rather than tourists and it was a great mix of very traditional and some more modern foods. Apart from tasting and learning more about food, Omar was also very good at weaving the history and experience of the area into our conversations as we walked along. It was so good that we revisited two of the food sites the next! Highly recommended.

My guide Omar was friendly and knowledgeable. Not only He introduced us to so many great cuisines of Morocco but he explained the history behind the invention of those cuisines too.

The guides were friendly and kept us together on the busy streets. My favorite stop was for the harira. I’ve gone back to the same place three times because I enjoyed it so much. It was a great opportunity to try some foods I would not have discovered but for the tour.
