Classic Morocco Tour 11 Days

We just came back from an amazing 11 day private tour to Morocco. We loved every bit of the country and most importantly we would like to thank Atlas Desert Tours and our guide/driver Mohamed for a wonderful trip. Shukran! The trip was very well planned for each day and details provided upfront so you can prepare for each adventurous day. The highlight of the trip was the amazing sand dunes of Merzouga. Having a knowledgeable and patient guide like Mohamed can make all the difference in enjoying your trip to the fullest, especially when exploring the vast sand dunes of Merzouga. He took us to all the beautiful places without a GPS and never getting lost even once. He was very patient with us and the entire tour catered towards our needs as a family and budget.

Atlas Desert Tours put on a catered tour for my husband and I and our friends that took into account our individual interests. This included booking the types of family-style accommodation we prefer, the activities that are engaging for us, and opportunities to support Moroccan handicrafts and meet the good, kind people of Morocco. Our guide was informative, sensitive to our interests, and helpful at every turn! Mo-magic!

Our family took a 10 day tour in March of 2023, with our 12 and 14 years old Kids and our 81 year old friend. Atlas Desert Tours went above and beyond our expectations giving a full immersion into the country, the people and the history of Morocco. The tour was well designed and customized for all of us to enjoy, despite the difference in ages. Accommodations were all very nice and comfortable. The people, the local guides, the scenery, the food were simply amazing. What really made the trip however were our driver Ibrahim and our guide Idriss “Le Maginifique” ???? who, we could tell, enjoyed showing us around and talking about their country. They were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to everyone’s needs and above all very friendly, making us feel comfortable since day one. A lot of fun and laughter, we would not change a thing: “c’était magnifique!” Thank you for such an Experience! We would recommend this tour to any one! We’ll be back for another adventure! Our “eldest” post: An absolutely magnificent and organized adventure throughout Morocco. As the eldest in the group, I was impressed with the tour planning and Ibrahim and Idris acute sensitivity with each of our interests and needs in all aspects of their country during the whole 10 days we were with them.
