    Our tour guide Miriam was not only the nicest, sweetest person ever, but extremely knowledgeable about Jewish history and culture in Casablanca. She and her company were very easy to work with, very accommodating, and took us to 2 Jewish Day Schools, the old synagogue, and a lovely kosher restaurant, in addition to some shopping. We had very informative and meaningful conversations with both her and the Jewish people there whom we met!
