Our night in the camp was wonderful (dinner, the tent, the staff 5 stars) but the organisation lost one of my bags. When I took a buggy ride, the man who picked us up from Marrakech, would deliver the bags in our tent. Somehow, when I came back in my tent after dinner, at night, 1 bag was missing. It probably got lost and those things can happen. But I told the staff at breakfast that my bag was missing. Since then, I reached out to them daily via telephone and Whatsapp, but unfortunately my bag wasn't found, they kept asking if I didn't lost it myself (which wasn't the case because I left it in the car of the organisation who told me they would deliver the bags) and they didn't offer any compensation (1 star). So, in total 3 stars.

It was litterly a magical night, one never to forget. We really regret that we didnt spend more nights at this beautiful place. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, we felt immidiatly home. We enjoyed a good dinner, the view and a romantic Sunset In the morning we enjoyed our breakfast and then went back to Marrakech. We surely get back soon for more nights.
