Even though there was a last minute change to the hotel address the day before, the driver was never showed up and went to the wrong hotel. I had to call the tour provided over 4 times to ensure a driver show up at the correct address. A driver finally showed up 40 minutes later.

Driver was on time at the airport as well as at the riad on our way back, nice clean mini van with AC, I’d definitely recommend this car service when traveling to Marrakech.
