This tour is a great option for those who want to escape the urban noise of Marrakech and chill out amidst the greenery in the heart of the Atlas mountains. Labyrinth of paths, which have been walked for centuries, terraced houses – each of them offering a stunning view to the mountain peaks, passing by the solid walls of the Kasbah. Apple and walnut orchards along the way to the village of Aremd in the altitude of 2000 m. Watching the grinning children passing by from school, visiting the local manufacture selling the products of Arghan oil and finally enjoying a bowl of tajine, couscous or some other local delicacy in a family run guesthouse.

Last week we did a day trip from Marrakech with a 3 hour trek and lunch in Imlil valley. Rachid and the crew did an excellent job with the trip and we would highly recommend the trip. The pickup from our Riad in the Medina was on time, the driver professional and very helpful. Our guide for the trail was Hamid and he was the best. He worked with all of us and helped us along the way. He even got us some snack of nuts and fruits which we enjoyed at the halfway point. We did about an 8-9 miles hike which was beautiful and suited perfectly to our family. The lunch was at Hamid’s village and it was the best Tajine we had during our Morocco trip.

Rachid est un guide fort sympathique , avec de l'humour et qui sait très vite mettre à l'aise le groupe. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en sa compagnie tout en découvrant les paysages magnifiques de l'Atlas. Je recommande pathfinders trek et son organisation sans aucun faux pas.
