Really enjoyed this experience. Went to a market stall to buy vegetables and were told what to look for and buy, went back to Laila’s home and learned how to prepare 3 vegetable dishes and a lemon chicken tagine. Class was a fantastic mix of interesting people from very different backgrounds. This really added to the experience All 7 in the class were encouraged to join in and all stages were thoroughly explained. When the cooking was done we all sat down and shared to meal at the family table. Food was the best we ate during our stay and overal a very memorable experience. Laila and her family we extremely warm and welcoming and it was a privilege to share this time with them.
