Three weeks before the tour, I received an email from viator host saying operator wanted to change the time of the tour. I asked a simple question on whether they would be able to get me back to the cruise ship timely based on the requested change and I NEVER heard a response back. Night before the tour, the operator sent me an email via viator host and said my tour was cancelled due to an incident the day before. I was given a refund BUT due to the prior exchanges with the operator, I certainly wonder if we were booted off the tour for a more convenient passage. If I am wrong, it is quite a coincidence.
