Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Choose from a luxury sedan transfer for three people, a sport utility vehicle transfer or van that carries up to five passengers! All vehicles feature stylish and spacious interiors and you will be met and escorted by a professional chauffeur.
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle/van.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was very polite and arrived on time. Trip to airport was uneventful and had enough time to enjoy breakfast at the airport before departure.

I want a full refund. Your dispatcher got our pick up time wrong even after i called 24 hours in advance to confirm. They could not get to us in time to take us to the airport. We did not use your service because we are on a schedule and you were not able to pick us up at the prearranged time. I am entitled to a full refund because you failed.
