We could not even locate where our starting point was and where at mansion that we were directed too and when we entered no one knew what the tour was or was even family with the self guided mobile phone tour. No one body was located near or around the home to help or even guide people in what is needed to do. I am very disappointed because not only did my family not enjoy a tour and become educated of the history but I am also out of the money that was spent for 4 tickets. Don’t trust tours like this.

I tried to contact the walknapp and you because the app wouldn't run my phone said it had a bug and when that was fixed I could update the app but it never got fixed so I couldn't do the tour.

We were looking to do a ghost tour but most of them seemed to be 2 hours. My husband needs knee surgery so standing that long is a challenge. This tour was exactly what we needed. We could move at our own pace, sit when we needed to, and ever stop for lunch. This was our third stopover to Salem and this tour had us seeing new things and learning some fun history. The directions were perfect.
