Take part in this fantastic kitchen experience, you will learn the art of making bread made with your own hands and more and you will also learn how to make fresh pasta with 0 km ingredients. The products used to make the bread and pasta are all BIO products harvested in our gardens a stone's throw from the farm. This educational activity offers a path to raise awareness of nature and the goods it offers. The cooking class with Greg and Silvia was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Greg and Silvia were wonderful hosts and teachers. On top of the *amazing* feast they served up for us, they were warm, welcoming, and fun - which made the experience truly memorable. The class takes place at a family run farmhouse that (among other things) grows olives. So not only did we get to see a functioning olive farm, but much of the food we ate came right from the property. Additionally, since the farmhouse has been in the family for generations we got a first hand account of what it has been like to live in Basilicata over the years - which made the whole experience feel so much more authentic. I highly recommend this experience.
