We saw this show yesterday afternoon 2pm (12 April 2025) and It was exquisite. The young girl who played Matilda was excellent. Cannot believe how good she was in that role. Very well rehearsed and not a line out of place. Congratulations young lady. You have a bright future ahead of you !!
The cast was brilliant too.

I was very disappointed watching Matilda. I didn't understand the plot and was told by friends that it was about little girl who knew how to do magic but what I discovered was the story was very complicated disjointed the sound was very poor so the wording was muffled and I found it quite hard to follow I didn't enjoy it however with that being said I thought Matilda herself was very good actress a lot of lines a lot of movement and dancing and she had a lot of stamina as did all the cast. I wouldn't advise to go and see this it just seemed like a lot of screaming kids running around.
