It was very disappointing: crew recommend to come at least 30 minutes early, which we did, and then everyone was just standing outside in a blistering sun with no shade cover watching the crew taking out garbage and cleaning the boat. Bist takes you only few miles up North, all views you get is the highway and windmills - kinda like a freeway between Stockton and Livermore.. just on a boat. Snorkeling: not a great place. I saw more fishes right outside my Airbnb. They let you snorkel for 30 minutes. Then everyone is called in for a sandwich and can of soda. Then you sit on a boat for another hour doing nothing. Would not go if I knew all of this.

The crew was awesome! They made the experience easy and fun! We saw a sea turtle and a monk seal! The monk seal was a very rare siting and we were thrilled with the experience. I was having so much fun and the food was delicious! Loved this snorkeling trip it was a highlight of my vacation.

The crew were great. The owner not so much. Windy day, Spencer anchored in a nook right off the highway to Lahaina around where the tunnel is directly above. Not the best place for snorkeling but the best place to block the wind so that they could deploy the inflatable slide. Overall it was a good three hour trip. One of my kids came down with a bad cough and we thought it would be best not to have him come and spoil it for the others on the boat. When I asked Ray for a refund for just his ticket I received no response. Yet while on board passengers were given the option for a refund if they wanted to leave the boat under the notion that the inflatable slide might not be deployed. Odd that that would be a reason for a refund and a health concern during a pandemic was not. Sometimes despite the best efforts of a crew someone not even involved in the experience can leave a bad taste. I would not book again.
