The boat ride was fine. We saw beautiful fish and a few turtles. However, the staff with the exception of one of them (one of the youngest) made us feel rushed, were condescending and even rude. One woman in particular yelled at us twice, had an attitude the entire time and seemed very annoyed to be there. On top of this we were pressured to tip at the end for very mediocre “service.” It’s not an excursion you get on to feel welcomed, educated by the staff or feel that you can ask for service. Advertisement says all inclusive but there’s no alcohol allowed. I would not recommend or use again because of the staff!

Such a great snorkeling experience. It was a beautiful day and the lady crew were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it!!

Real pros at taking care of their customers. Captain Spence and his crew were great. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a snorkeling trip in Maui.
