Training their staff to be nice and use logic. We booked through the staff at our hotel and woke up at 2:30 to make it to the 3:30 pick up. The dispatcher and bus driver decided not to let us in with our tickets in hand showing the date and time I was standing with a teenager just in awe on how can this happen and her advice to call costumer service which won’t open till 8AM. Then I got a call from the manager of reservations offering me 50% off for next time I book! He didn’t help get me and my kid get the experience that we didn’t get nor to mention compensating for the frustrating experience we had ! I heard so many awful stories from other visitors in the Hyatt about this company! Don’t book with them, you’ll be disappointed and they won’t care for you
If there’s a zero star I would have given ryan that. They ruined the end of Christians vacation that was amazing. If you books snorkeling book Terlani the staff is awesome -
