The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Choose from a luxury sedan transfer for three people, a sport utility vehicle transfer that carries up to five passengers or or a larger van that can fit up to six passengers. All vehicles feature stylish and spacious interiors and you will be met and escorted by a professional chauffeur.

Traveler pickup is offered
Departure Point: Upon arrival and after retrieving all your luggage go outside and cross over to the middle island. The driver will meet you between Sign Number 1 and Number 2. If you cannot find your driver please call and tell the operator you are holding a pre-paid voucher. Follow the operator's instructions. You will be picked up within minutes of your call. Give the voucher to the driver.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per van
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
