Escape from the crowded tourist areas for a private, 90-minute, 1-on-1 surf lesson near Lahaina, Maui. Choose from an early-, mid-, or late-morning time frame. This surf session will focus on water safety, proper surf technique, surfing style, and etiquette. The experienced, professional instructor guarantees students will stand up, catch a wave, and leave the beach as a certified surfer.     Great lesson, learned a ton, caught some waves and had a great time! Hubby was there to take photos and videos which was great. Jason was wonderful and I'd totally do it again!

    Absolutely an incredible experience. We took our 14 year old who had never surfed before and he had the most amazing time. Eric had him standing on his 3rd try, made the whole thing so much fun. We had such a good time that we booked him again for 3 days later, we were lucky because with Maui only just reopening meant there was a chance for him to go again- loved it that much. They send very, very clear directions and you can connect with them by phone once you are near marker 12.5 to find each other. Never a problem or worry, will definitely do this again when we are in Maui- they just couldn't be more amazing.

    Eric was wonderful! He trained me how to stand up on the surf board on the beach. He was really good at teaching me how to surf. I caught several waves. I had never snowboarded, wakeboarded, or even skate boarded and I STILL got up on that surf board and ride the waves. He was extremely friendly and fun to talk to in between waves. I highly recommend this excursion!!
