And since we’ve done this a few times, we’ve thought of every detail—from passenger vans custom built for the winding roads to small tour sizes—to guarantee you have an incredible journey. Highlights of the tour include a long stop at Waianapanapa State Park with itʻs famous Black Sand Beach, Pua'a Ka'a for a waterfall swim, weather and safety permitting, and a delicious picnic lunch at a classic Hana flower farm. and times for your hotel and tour. Your hotel pickup will be between 15min and 1 hour prior to the "Tour Departure Time". Please contact our office for instructions to meet at one of our pickup points if you are staying in a private residence, in Upcountry Maui or at North Shore locations.

Pickup was difficult, our driver insisted that they could not pick us up at the front entrance to our hotel despite other buses doing pickup there. Our guide seemed to be a bit “over it,” with several snarky comments throughout the day, a couple targeted at my mom and I, particularly about the pickup struggle. Said things like she would leave without us if we weren’t back by said times during the stops. A little too long as well, we got back about 7pm. A beautiful drive though, good size group, only 12 people.

A great way to see this beautiful part of Maui- Debra was our excellent driver and guide. She is so knowledgeable and an absolute pro- highly recommend! Bring some ginger candies to help avoid motion sickness
