I got a phone call from Viator before my departure, they asked me to call them after I got my luggage. I did that, and they told me where to go, what kind of vehicle to look for. They assured me the white van with VIP TRANS would be waiting for me there. Well, we came to the meeting point, saw the white van but a lady chased us away, saying that van was for a flight crew. Another van came but it was for someone else. So we sat there and waited a long time until our van came. We were a little disappointed but still gave a tip to the drive when we arrived.

Having a shuttle pick us up at the airport was very convenient and alleviated any stress of us trying to find our condo. Gerat was very nice and helpful giving us tips and suggestions about the island. He made it an awesome experience!
