Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

After being met in baggage claim and receiving assistance with your luggage, you’ll hop in a comfortable Mercedes shuttle and be whisked off to your destination. For a real Hawaiian welcome, choose the lei greeting option!
You MUST select a hotel that coincides with the area in the itinerary section of this product. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled booking.

Your hotel and flight details MUST be advised to the supplier so that a transfer may be allocated to you. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly to the supplier at least 1 day prior to travel. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The service is the worst I’ve ever had. I paid $60 for two round trips from the OGG airport to the Grand Wailea. The driver told me to call 24 hrs ahead of time to schedule the trip back to the airport. When I called to schedule the returned trip they said the $60 was one way and they had no available drivers for the returned trip. The trip was on a bus and I could have gotten a taxi for less. I will never use SpeediShuttle ever again and I will tell all my friends the sad story and tell them never to use Speedi Service.

It took us awhile to get our luggage, and so the operator called us to make sure we were okay and that we knew where our shuttle was. We were excited to see how comfy the van was (15-seater Mercedes)! The driver was super-friendly and happy, and provided a bit of a tour on our way to the hotel. Would take again!

A pleasure ride to our hotel. The driver was informative and helpful. Overall the service was excellent.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
