Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Ensure a hassle-free way to end your vacation with this convenient, reliable transfer from your Maui hotel in Kihei/ Wailea, Kaanapali/ Lahaina, Kahana/ Honokowai or Kapalua/ Napili to the Maui Airport (OGG). After being picked up from your hotel by a friendly driver, you’ll hop in a comfortable Mercedes shuttle and be whisked off to the airport.
You MUST select a hotel that coincides with the area in the itinerary section of this product. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled booking.

Your hotel and flight details MUST be advised to the supplier so that a transfer may be allocated to you. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly to the supplier at least 1 day prior to travel. Contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking

Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was prompt picking us up at Aston Ka'anapoli Shores and picked up 2 other parties to bring us to the airport.

Your driver, Ray, was right on time. He was very friendly and professional. We had an early flight and he quickly helped us load and unload our bags and get on our way.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
