  • Please Note: In almost all cases you will see the dolphins. However, if this is not the case, a second outing will be offered on the boat free of charge for the dolphin viewing only (2 hours). It’s important to note that there will be no refund once you have completed the activities. There is a 60% chance that you will see the whales but if that is not the case, we will be unable to provide you with a refund.
  • Pickup starts: 2 hours before Departure
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Qui n'a jamais rêvé d'assister à une centaine de petits bateaux pourchassant des dauphins ? Se jeter à l'eau pour vite voir une nageoire ? Outre le prix excessif, c'est dangereux, bruyant, anxiogène pour nous et ne parlons même pas de l'impact environnemental de tout ces bateaux tout les matins, comme pour casela, dépensez votre argent ailleurs !

Highlight was seeing the giant tortoises and ostriches. Unfortunately not all facilities were available and we were not advised that you had to book the day before.

Leider ist nicht auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich, dass die Abholzeit nicht 08.00 Uhr ist sondern 2 Std früher, was sich mit 3 Kindern etwas schwierig gestaltet und erst am Vorabend um 20 Uhr bekannt gegeben wird. Mach regem Austausch per WhatsApp haben wir den Ausflug gecancelt. Der aber auf Grund schlechten Wetters dann eh nicht stattfinden konnte. Die 258 Euro bekommen wir nicht zurück, uns wurde lediglich ein Privattransfer zum caselapark angeboten, welcher normal rund 100 Euro kostet. Von einer Rückerstattung, wegen schlechtem Wetter und das Boot wurde somit abgesagt keine Rede, eher wir sollten froh sein, dass wir den Privattransfer erhalten. Wir haben etwas mehr entgegenkommen erwartet. Die restlichen Ausflüge, via travelhub, waren wie ausgemacht.
